Key Products Farr Gold Series dust collector: This innova- tive high effciency dust collector is uniquely suited to the mining industry because of its extremely rugged heavy-gauge construction: It features a compact modular design that optimizes feld fexibility and integrates well with conveyor bin vents. Service benefts include easy access and fast, trouble-free flter change-out. Stack testing of the Farr Gold Series collector in mining applications has mea- sured less than .0005 grains per cubic foot of emissions, about half the emissions level for which the collectors were permitted. The collector has a much smaller footprint than a conventional non-pleated baghouse and operates at lower pressure drop. The pleat- ed flters are mounted vertically inside the collector, eliminating the problems of dust blinding and premature failure that some- times occur with horizontally installed flters. Camfl APC guarantees its dust collectors to meet EPA particle emission requirements. HemiPleat flter: Farr Gold Series collectors are equipped with the company's award-win- ning HemiPleat flter, which offers greatly extended service life and lower pressure drop than standard pleated flters—typical- ly double the life at half the delta P.
