These systems are available in 150-500TPH configurations to meet current production needs and allow for incremental growth. Johnson Crushers International has made many upgrades to its Kodiak ® Plus cone crusher, includ- ing new labyrinth seal and kidney loop kit, to help reduce wear and maintenance on the machine. In addition to those improvements, the Kodiak ® Control System has been fully implemented into all new cones. It also has a large inspection door for internal compo- nent viewing and safe, easy access to wear liners. Astec Mobile Screens also released the award-winning ProSizer ® 3600 single-load crush- ing plant. This closed-circuit por- table plant is easy to move from site to site and can be utilized for a wide range of applications from virgin aggregate to recycled materi- als. Designed with maintenance in mind, it excels in even the dirtiest environments like recycled asphalt processing. The durable plant fea- tures an I-beam frame, heavy-duty axles and AR-lined chutes.
