Seal for Centrifugal, Rotary Pumps John Crane introduced the T4111 Sin- gle-use Elastomer Bellows Cartridge Seal for centrifugal and rotary pumps and sim- ilar rotary shaft equipment. The T4111 is a low-cost, general-purpose sealing solu- tion for low-duty applications, the compa- ny reported. It is advertised as featuring a simplifi ed cartridge seal design. The seal reduced installation time by 50% compared to elastomer bellows compo- nent seals or traditional packing options, the company reported. It also reported- ly offered lower installation costs, lower maintenance requirements, and improved equipment performance. The seal is suit- able for aqueous solutions.
